Argentina has extended their restrictions to foreign nationals through January 19th, which was previously December 20th.
Exceptions to this policy are people from Brazil, Columbia, Uruguay, Panama or Bolivia. Passengers must be arriving on a direct flight from these countries and must present a negative PCR COVID-19 test that was taken with in 72 hours prior to check in for their flights. Passengers must also fill out an online immigrations form prior to arrival into Argentina, this form can be accessed up to 72 hours prior to their departure date. They will also be required to have proof of medical insurance with coverage for of COVID-19 treatment costs.
